Speaking of ciders, the on-site brewery is a must-try. Each cider, including fan favorites like Key Lime and Peach, reflects a dedication to crafting exceptional beverages that complement the smokehouse's offerings. As Paula B. noted, they are “the best ciders I have ever had.” The selection extends beyond cider; with a full bar offering various beers and even kombucha, there’s something for everyone.

“ Food was wonderful and learned that I do like cider! Who knew? I loved the guitar player and his music as well - Matt was his name I think . . don't remember the last name but played a mixture of rock, country etc. Super atmosphere and the outside area looks great for warm weather! Check it out! ”
“ Fantastic service and selection of beer and some kombucha! The outside area is not very spacious, but is perfect for a cooler day. Inside, there are multiple tables and bar seating. I really like the overall welcoming vibe and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend! ”
“ Fabulous experience yesterday at Gypsy Circus. Traveling from out of town and popped in to see what they had and didn't want to leave! Grant is an amazing guide to tasting and was spot on with his recommendations for our taste preferences. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. The key lime cider is off the chains! Also loved the queen, clover and peach. Honestly the best ciders I have ever had, so I stocked up for the trip back to WV. ”
“ Cool place with good food and drinks. The peach beer was very enjoyable and the fried green tomatoes were fantastic! ”
“ This place is truly amazing. The owners have poured a huge amount of personal creativity into making it a unique experience. The atmosphere and decor, even the architecture of the place, is just so incredibly welcoming, you wish you could move in next door and hang oit here all the time! The on-site brewery makes amazing Cider, Mead and beer, plus they've got every other drink you can imagine ordering. The kitchen makes a menu regional fare like fried green tomatoes, smoked BBQ, and a wide array of platters that will make your mouth water. Also non-regional dishes like pot stickers, nachos and egg rolls -- and all at great prices too! When I came here I was served by the wonderful Madison, a friendly bartender who is happy to answer every question. Truly, this place is one of the nicest surprises I've ever found on Yelp. Check it out for yourself! ”
“ Awesome, fun spot with indoor/outdoor seating. You can't beat these bartenders! As your trying different ciders they will even mix flavors to make something just for you. Try the cheese dips! ”
“ TN's first cidery and it's right here in Kingsport! They serve house made ciders, mead, hard slushies and more. Come in for Happy Hour 4-6pm and enjoy half off dips. We tried both of their cheese dips: House Cheese Dip with Naan triangles; House-made Pimento Dip with tortilla chips. Both were very delicious. Glad we tried both dips. Their naan bread is chewy with a little crunchy outside. Best naan ever. Hubby enjoyed #9 cider and I enjoyed their dessert mead (strawberry crumble) thanks to the samples from the server. Service with a smile. Sit inside at your choice of table height table, couch or at the bar. Outside has chairs with barrels for tables. Notice the chalkboard wall displaying the monthly menu. Great conversation piece. Loud music plays allowing you to enjoy private conversations at your table. There is a stage for open mic night. ”
